2019 BMW 6 Series Engines

There are also two engine options: a 3.0 liter turbocharged unit with 315 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, or a turbocharged 4.4 liter V8 that produces 445 hp and 480 lb-ft. Both engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. EPA estimates the mileage for smaller engines in 20 mpg city, 29 highway mpg and 23 mpg combined, while the V8 lowers the efficiency up to 17/25/20 mpg. All-wheel drive is standard on Gran Turismo and $ 3,000 option on the Gran Coupe, and decreases the mileage of a few more mpg. Both machines describe the name of the 6 Series model : the 640i model gets a smaller engine and the 650i car has a bigger one (if available).
